The American with Disabilities Act is a comprehensive civil rights law prohibiting discrimination on the basis of disability.
The ADA requires commercial facilities, places of public accommodation, state and local government be accessible to, and usable by, individuals with disabilities.

This law will be enforced by March 15th, 2012.
